Job Title: Solution Delivery Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our POS modernization project, enhancing credit card processing and related technologies. The successful candidate will oversee the project from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the POS modernization project end-to-end, including scope definition, stakeholder updates, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and corporate offices to ensure global strategy alignment.
- Create project workback schedules, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
- Develop and share project deliverables with local stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive experience in project management, preferably on multi-year projects related to corporate back-of-house functions.
- Prior experience with POS or Payment Gateway systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle internal and external stakeholders in both Japanese and English languages.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
