Job Title: Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will support the customer service operations, including evaluating, monitoring, analyzing results, and implementing changes.

This role also involves performing language translation and proofreading as necessary, responding to player issues via chat and email, and providing support for password resets and other concerns.

The ideal candidate will have native reading and writing skills in Japanese, business-level English, and experience in translation and/or localization. Passion for the video game industry is a must, along with strong logical thinking and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, monitor, analyze results, and implement changes to improve customer service operations.
  • Perform language translation and proofreading as necessary.
  • Respond to player issues via chat and email, including password resets and other concerns.
  • Work 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays (shift work).

Requirements:

  • Native reading and writing skills in Japanese.
  • Business-level English.
  • Experience in translation and/or localization.
  • Passion for the video game industry.
  • Strong logical thinking.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
