IT Support Specialist in Tokyo, Japan

Your Role: Provide first point of contact for employees seeking IT assistance, collaborate with global teams to implement high-quality solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
- Setup and configure company-deployed applications.
- Provide resolutions for issues via remote troubleshooting.
- Track and administer IT assets.
- Comply with internal standard help desk procedures.
- Update stakeholders on incident resolution progress.
- Improve customer service quality by evaluating and re-designing processes.
- Prepare error diagnostics and detailed problem descriptions.
- Perform assigned routine tasks related to IT.

- Stakeholder relationships and knowledge across operations, products, and services.
