IT Support Specialist in Tokyo, Japan

Your Role: Provide first point of contact for employees seeking IT assistance, collaborate with global teams to implement high-quality solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Setup and configure company-deployed applications.
  • Provide resolutions for issues via remote troubleshooting.
  • Track and administer IT assets.
  • Comply with internal standard help desk procedures.
  • Update stakeholders on incident resolution progress.
  • Improve customer service quality by evaluating and re-designing processes.
  • Prepare error diagnostics and detailed problem descriptions.
  • Perform assigned routine tasks related to IT.

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT management.
  • Stakeholder relationships and knowledge across operations, products, and services.
