Shinjuku City PTW Contract
Support the customer service operations including evaluating, monitoring, and implementing changes. Perform Korean language translation and proofreading. Respond to Korean players' issues via chat and email. Business hours: Shift based 11:00-20:00/12:00-21:00, 40 hours a week. Support 365 days a year including weekends and holidays. Must be based in Japan. Requirements: Business level Korean. Native reading and writing skills in Korean. Experience in translation and/or localization is appreciated. Passionate about the video game industry. Strong logical thinking. Customer service experience within an email contact center environment. Able to deliver excellent customer service via email and chat. Able to understand games from a gamer's perspective. Capable of analyzing and solving information accurately and swiftly.
