Support customer service operations including evaluating, monitoring, analyzing results, and implementing changes. Perform Korean language translation and proofreading as needed. Respond to Korean player issues via chat and email, including password resets. Work 40 hours a week, 11:00-20:00/12:00-21:00, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. Must be based in Japan.
Requirements:
- Business level Korean.
- Native reading and writing skills in Korean.
- Translation and/or localization experience appreciated.
- Passionate about the video game industry.
- Strong logical thinking.
- Customer service and/or video game, travel support, help desk, technical support experience in an email contact center environment.
- Deliver excellent customer service via email and chat.
- Understand games from a gamer's perspective.
- Analyze and solve information accurately and swiftly within guidelines.
- Team player mentality.
