Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Enterprise team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing space and trends, as well as experience in sales or account management in customer-facing roles.

The successful Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing long-term partnerships with some of the world's biggest brands, working closely with customers to increase product adoption and engagement, and identifying opportunities for upsells to drive new business growth.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at top brands
  • Work closely with customers to increase product adoption and engagement
  • Identify opportunities for upsells and lead efforts to drive new business growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales or account management in customer-facing roles
  • Demonstrated success running consultative sales processes in complex Enterprise organizations
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing space and trends
  • Able to identify value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Strong presentation skills; feels confident presenting in front of senior management of prospect organizations
