Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project members to confirm functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement modules and programs.
• Create unit tests, integration tests, and system tests.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Participate in similar activities related to development, maintenance, and upgrade projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience required.
• At least 12 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Citizenship or work authorization in Japan is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire Configuration, Integration, and Upgrade projects.
• Proficiency in Japanese (N2 or N1 level) and English (Business level).
• Experience in Agile project methodologies.
• Background in the Insurance industry.
• Familiarity with PCF configuration, Typelist, Entity, Batch, Business Rule configuration, GOSU, GW Technical upgrade tool, Web Services, and XML on GW Ver 9.x and above.

Desirable Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working in onsite/offshore business models with multilingual environments.
• Guidewire Certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in software development life cycles.
• Ability to collaborate in diverse stakeholder environments.
• Desire to work in global delivery environments.

Salary:

Estimated annual salary: ¥8,500,000 - ¥11,000,000 based on location and experience.
