**Job Description:**

Customer Service Specialist - Customer Issue Resolution (Solventum)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. This role will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting timely payments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, experience with Excel, SAP, and Salesforce CRM, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position located at our Tokyo office, with flexible working hours and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email
  • Manage customer data and ensure accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote timely payments and prevent late payment fees
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and build relationships
  • Utilize Excel, SAP, and Salesforce CRM to manage customer data and track payment status

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, collections, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Excel, SAP, and Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Japanese

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible working hours (8:45am-5:15pm)
  • Commuting allowance provided for employees using public transportation
  • Annual paid vacation (20 days/year)
