Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer issue resolution team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions
  • Analyze and resolve payment delays, including coordinating with banks and other external parties

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a role related to accounts receivable, collections, or customer service
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and basic functions
  • Experience working with SAP and Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with bank guarantees and financial regulations

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be based at our Tokyo office, located in the Garden City complex in Shinagawa-ku. The position is part-time, with flexible hours (8:45am-5:15pm) and no core working hours. The employee will also have access to free shuttle buses from nearby stations.
