業務内容
事務業務、財務サポート、クライアント対応を日本語・英語で担当。社長やチームと連携し、日々の業務を円滑に進めていただきます。
Your Role
As our Administrative Coordinator, you'll support finance, office operations, and client communication in both Japanese and English. You'll work closely with our Director and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Tasks
Coordinate with accountants and tax consultants
Manage office supplies and admin tasks
Pay bills and report to tax consultants
Collect timesheets and create/send invoices
Respond to client emails with team support
Join Japanese-language client meetings
Training and manuals provided
Requirements
Bilingual Japanese & English
1+ years in admin, secretary, sales, accounts, finance, or customer support (freshers welcome)
