We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time on-site role based in Minato-ku, Tokyo.
The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, and policy implementation.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment regulations, resolving employee relations issues, conducting performance appraisals, and contributing to organizational development.The role also involves collaborating closely with leadership to drive initiatives that align with the company's culture and growth objectives.
QualificationsProven experience in Recruitment and Employee Onboarding processes
Strong knowledge of Japanese Employment Laws, Policy Implementation, and Compliance
Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Appraisals
Skills in Training and Development, Organizational Development, and Change Management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work on-site in Minato and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
Japanese and English fluency is required
