募集職種
本ポジションは、スピード感のある環境で活躍したい方や、人事プロセスの改善に情熱を持つ方に最適です。人事業務の円滑な運営を支援し、従業員にとって優れた職場体験を提供するためのサポートを行っていただきます。
主な業務内容
- 入社・退職手続き、従業員データ管理など、日常的な人事業務のサポート
- 従業員からのお問い合わせを電話またはメール対応
- マネージャーに対する人事関連のアドバイスおよびサポート(労務問題への対応を含む)、労働法や社内規定に準拠した対応
- 人事ポリシーや手続きに関する従業員からの問い合わせ対応
- 勤怠管理、休暇・欠勤管理、給与・報酬に関する調整業務の補助
- HRプロセスおよび従業員体験の継続的な改善提案と実行
応募資格
基本資格
- 流暢な日本語と日常会話レベル英語能力
- アドミンなど関連分野での1年の実務経験
- スタートアップやスピード感のある職場での勤務経験
採用プロセス
書類選考 → 電話/Zoom面接 → オンサイト(またはオンライン)面接 → 内定
