Rocket Nowでは、 Sr, HRBPを募集しています。
Sr, HRBPをは、ビジネスリーダーと密接に連携し、Japan HR Headにレポートし、サポートしながら組織戦略に沿ったHR施策を推進します。本ポジションは、国やファンクションをまたぐHR関連プロジェクトへの参加やリード、パフォーマンスサイクルの運営、タレントマネジメントの実行を主に担います
主な業務内容
ビジネスパートナーシップ: ビジネスリーダーに対し、組織設計、人員計画、HR施策に関する助言を行う。
プロジェクトサポート: 複数国・複数機能にまたがるHR関連プロジェクトに参加し、ディレクターをサポートしながら実行を推進する。
パフォーマンス管理: 年次レビューやパフォーマンスサイクルの運営を担当し、目標設定やフィードバックプロセスを円滑に進める。
タレントマネジメント: サクセッションプランや従業員エンゲージメント施策を実行し、リーダーシップ開発を支援する。
ポリシーとコンプライアンス: 各国の労働法や社内ポリシーの遵守を確保する。
グローバル連携: グローバルHRチームや事業部門と協働し、ベストプラクティスを共有・導入する。 労務管理に関する法的要件の深い理解とコンプライアンスの確保 。必要に応じて法務・HRコンプライアンスチームと連携
応募資格
基本資格
HR分野で7年以上の経験、Talent management, Recruiting managerなどの経験も可歓迎
パフォーマンスサイクルやタレントマネジメントの運営経験やPeople Managerとして実行した経験
HRポリシー、労働法、コンプライアンスに関する知識
優れたコミュニケーション力、ステークホルダーマネジメント力
柔軟性があり保守的ではなくリスクをとってきた経験
日本語はNative,ビジネスレベルの英語必須(他言語スキル尚可)
