Your Role
As an HRBP, you will:
Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy and organizational effectiveness.
Provide guidance on talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning..
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Act as a trusted advisor, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of HR experience, ideally in multinational companies.
Strong knowledge of Japan labor law and HR practices.
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across functions.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for people development.
