■ Role Overview
本ポジションでは、
中途採用を主軸に、人事として事業成長を支える役割
を担っていただきます。
採用の実行だけでなく、各部門の課題やフェーズを理解した上で、
人事施策を主体的に企画・推進していくポジションです。
■ Key Responsibilities
- 各事業部と連携した採用戦略・採用計画の立案
- Job Descriptionの作成・要件定義
- 母集団形成(求人媒体/人材紹介/リファラル/ダイレクトソーシング/採用イベント 等)
- 書類選考、カジュアル面談・面接の実施
- オファー提示〜クロージング
- 採用データの管理・分析、PDCA運用
- 入社後オンボーディング、定着支援
- 教育・研修プログラムの企画・運用
- 事業成長に伴う人事施策・組織改善の企画提案
■ Requirements
- 中途採用の実務経験(目安:3年以上)
- 各部門ニーズを踏まえた求人票作成の経験
- ダイレクトソーシングの実務経験
- 人材紹介会社との折衝・リレーション構築経験
- 採用データを活用し改善サイクルを回した経験
- 採用コスト管理の経験
- オンボーディング/研修など育成領域への関与経験
