Human Resource Business Partner, Japan
Our client, a global travel company, is looking for a human resource business partner to grow their expanding team in Japan. Some of your job scope include:
- Business Partnering - as the main HR advisor and ability to drive initiatives and collaborate with senior leaders across the globe
- Talent Management - Develop and grow company culture and provide support on engagement and interactions within the firm
- Project Management - Drive internal projects or regional/global projects to strengthen company capabilities
- Collaboration - Partnering with HR generalists, ensure all HR processes are aligned with company and provide backup support as necessary
We will need you to have:
- Degree in Human Resource or related field
- Min 5 years' experience in business partnering, or HR strategy role
- Fluency in business level English and Japanese is a must to communicate with local and regional colleagues
- Open to travel regionally as required for regional meetings
- Familiar with a matrix reporting structure and MNC experience preferred
- Proven record in terms of HR strategy and driving of projects preferred
