We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Assistant for a full-time, hybrid role at our Tokyo office.
The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations, such as maintaining HR records, assisting with recruitment efforts, benefits administration, and facilitating employee training sessions.
The role involves collaborating with team members across various departments to ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.Qualifications
Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation.
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration for handling employee data and benefits effectively.
Experience in organizing and facilitating Training programs targeting workforce development and skill enhancement.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related tools.
Fluency in Japanese and English; bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in a similar HR or administrative role is a plus.
