Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team. With a focus on talent management and HR practices, this role is essential in ensuring the efficient functioning of the human resources department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Oversee talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Facilitate payroll management, ensuring all employees are compensated accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations.
- Conduct employee orientations and training sessions to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Prepare and manage HR reports to provide insights into workforce trends and needs.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Experience in talent acquisition and payroll management is preferred.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
