Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team. With a focus on talent management and HR practices, this role is essential in ensuring the efficient functioning of the human resources department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Oversee talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Facilitate payroll management, ensuring all employees are compensated accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations.
  • Conduct employee orientations and training sessions to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
  • Prepare and manage HR reports to provide insights into workforce trends and needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and payroll management is preferred.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
