シックでスタイリッシュな中に最先端のトレンドを巧みに取り入れた洗練されたデザインが評価され、アジアから世界各国へと展開しています。
直近5年でのグループの売上は2倍と順調に拡大を続け、シューズやバック、サングラス、アクセサリーなど幅広い商品ラインナップで世界的に注目されるブランドにまで成長しました。
日本国内では2022年に3店舗新規出店を果たし、現在は12店舗に拡大。
SNSでのブランディングの成功やECサイトの売上も順調に伸ばしており、今後の事業拡大も見据えています。

人事と総務の両機能を通じて、「組織化し、支え、高める」システムを構築し、強化する役割を担います。
■具体的な業務内容
【人事】
シンガポール本社の方針を理解し、日本での戦略立案と実行
勤怠管理と給与支払いの管理・責任
採用戦略、人員計画、離職率管理
雇用条件・福利厚生の策定・実施・改善
報酬・福利厚生の管理(給与ベンチマーク、インセンティブ制度等)
IDP(個人開発計画)の実施
人事制度設計と運用、継続的改善、内部監査とコンプライアンス対応
労働問題対応(苦情処理、退職面談、解雇、カウンセリング、降格等)
外国駐在員の日本への配属管理(職務記述、報酬、移民手続き、同化、税務、パフォーマンス管理、キャリアプランニング・開発)
本社およびグローバルHR会議への参加
各部門と連携した研修プログラムの企画・実施

出張手配および管理
オフィス施設管理、オフィスオーナーとの連携
施設オーナー主催の安全衛生委員会への参加と情報共有
緊急事態準備のリスク管理(緊急用品、緊急対応、従業員安全確認)

応募条件
■必須
関連業界での実務経験8年以上(うち管理職経験5年以上)
ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
目安:TOEIC 750点以上
日本の雇用法に関する知識
Microsoft OfficeおよびMicrosoft 365の高度な知識
人事システムに関する知識と経験
■歓迎
PROSOFT UNIT 4またはBIPO HRISシステムの熟練操作
