決まった業務だけをこなすのではなく、会社の状況に応じて「何が必要か」を自ら考え、制度・業務フロー・オペレーションを整えていく役割です。少人数組織のため、幅広い業務を横断的に担当し、会社全体の生産性向上に貢献していただきます。

業務内容(Responsibilities)
総務・アドミン業務全般の運用および改善
オフィス管理、備品管理、契約書・書類管理
社内オペレーションや業務フローの整備・改善
請求書処理、支払い管理などのバックオフィスサポート
採用・入社・オンボーディング等の人事サポート業務
社内外ステークホルダー(社員、外部ベンダー等)との調整・対応
スタートアップの成長に伴う新しい業務や課題への柔軟な対応

応募資格(Qualifications)
総務、アドミン、バックオフィス業務の実務経験(年数不問)
日本語での業務遂行が可能な方
英語での基本的なコミュニケーションができる方(尚可)
高い調整力・コミュニケーション能力
指示待ちではなく、自ら業務を整理し、主体的に行動できる方
変化が多く、整備途中の環境を前向きに楽しめる方

Longbridge is a leading, next-generation internet brokerage and fintech company established in Singapore in 2019.

We provide a one-stop, multi-asset global investment platform that offers access to SG, HK, and US markets, known for innovative features like lifetime zero-commission trading on select products.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for managing general affairs and administrative operations while helping build the operational foundation of a growing startup.

Rather than simply executing predefined tasks, you will proactively identify what the organization needs and help design and improve internal processes and workflows.

As a lean team, this role requires flexibility, ownership, and a hands-on mindset to support the company's growth and overall productivity.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day general affairs and administrative operations
Oversee office management, supplies, and vendor coordination
Handle document, contract, and record management
Support internal operations and continuously improve workflows and processes
Assist with invoice processing, payments, and other back-office support tasks
Provide support for hiring, onboarding, and basic HR-related operations
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Take on new responsibilities as the company grows and operational needs evolve

Qualifications
Experience in general affairs, administration, or back-office operations (years of experience flexible)
Business-level proficiency in Japanese
English or Chinese as a 2nd language to interact with stakeholders in other regions
Strong organizational and coordination skills
A self-starter who can work independently and proactively improve operations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

Experience working in startups or small, agile teams
Interest in building processes and operational structures from scratch
A mindset of "building the company together," not just supporting it
