◆ Job Description ◆
We are seeking an administrative position where you will be responsible for a cross-sectional role in purchasing, recruitment/human resources, and general affairs.
We expect you will utilize your work experience in either purchasing or recruitment/human resources, while expanding your scope of responsibility in other areas through practical experience.
As this is a small team, rather than dividing up roles by task, you will support the company's operations by completing day-to-day operations as your primary responsibility.
This position will require communication both internally and externally in Japanese, as well as Chinese or English.Purchasing:
Procurement from group companies
Negotiation of price and delivery schedule
Development and procurement from external suppliers
Negotiation of price and delivery schedule
Post-order progress tracking
Response to defects/issues and coordination with relevant departments
Recruitment & HR:
Overall recruitment operations
Identifying hiring needs and creating job postings
Building candidate pools via agencies and direct recruiting
Document screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up with candidates
Communication with headquarters and related departments regarding recruitment and HR matters
Onboarding/offboarding procedures and employee information management
Preparing and managing employment contracts (using templates)
Preparing and organizing HR-related documents (e.g., procedures for the Central Employees' Mutual Aid Association)
General Affairs:
Office management (supplies, contract management, etc.)
External vendor coordination
Visitor reception and internal support services
Other general administrative tasks related to company operations
◆ Required Skills and Experience ◆
Practical experience in either purchasing or recruitment
Fluent Japanese language skills
Proficiency in one of the following languages:
Chinese:
Business level (Preferred)

Business level (Secondary preference)
Education:
High school graduate or higher
Experience handling multiple tasks within purchasing, HR recruitment, or general affairs
Work experience at a foreign-affiliated company or in a multinational environment
Generalist experience at a startup or similar organization
Comfortable handling multiple areas of responsibility within a small organization
