*Job Description:*
This role provides extensive general affairs support for the activities of the Group Sales Division, which leads Rakuten Mobile's challenges. From supporting the operation of meetings attended by the president and executive officers to maintaining a comfortable office environment and planning/executing initiatives to promote employee communication, this is a crucial role that helps employees perform to their maximum ability.

*Detailed Responsibilities:*
Meeting Management Support: Support the smooth operation of important meetings attended by management, including preparation and execution.

Facility Management: Maintain and improve the office environment and manage supplies to create an environment where employees can concentrate.

Employee Communication Promotion: Support the strengthening of inter-employee collaboration through planning internal events and welfare programs.

Other General Affairs Duties: Handle a wide range of general affairs tasks, including mail management.
