ジェネラル&スペシャルティメディスンは弊社の事業重点分野の1つであり、これまでに多くの革新的な医薬品の開発・発売とともに、適応症および対象疾患の拡大に取り組んできました。私たちの仕事は、患者さんの生命を脅かす病気を克服し、患者さんの生命を守るために、医学および患者さん自身を支援することです。この度は、眼科疾患領域を担当いただくMedical Science Liaison(以下、MSL)を募集します。
MSLの主な業務は、日本の医学/科学におけるトップリーダーと同じ目線にたった科学的ディスカッションを行い、インサイトを得ることです。そしてそれらのインサイトを社内外のステークホルダーと共有し、ヘルスケアの改善へ向けた取り組みを促します。MSLにはハイレベルの科学的知識、コミュニケーション能力や戦略的思考が求められます。MSLの仕事は多くのチャレンジが伴いますが、疾患領域における医学専門家のトップとの関係構築や科学的ディスカッションによりヘルスケアに対して大きく貢献することができます。担当いただく眼科疾患領域以外にも、当社のジェネラル&スペシャルティメディスン領域がカバーする他の疾患領域(循環器/代謝/免疫疾患領域など)と連携しつつ、将来的にご自身のキャリアを広げていただくことも可能です。眼科疾患領域における勤務経験を有するMSL経験者とともに、現在アカデミアで勤務される方からの応募も歓迎します(アカデミア勤務者の場合は上記領域に問わず応募可能です)。

職務内容
- 社内外のガイダンス、関連する法規、規制の下で、医学/科学的リーダーと科学的ディスカッションを実施する
- 科学的ディスカッションを通じて、アンメットメディカルニーズやデータギャップ等に関するインサイトを収集する
- 国内メディカルプランの作成に協力する
- 医療関係者からのリクエストに基づき、医師主導研究に対する情報提供や会社のガイダンス紹介を行う
- 開発部門と協働し、治験医からの要望に基づいた情報提供および科学的ディスカッションを実施する
- 科学論文や学会等で発表される、疾患領域に関する情報を収集する
- 社内関連部署にインサイトや論文、学会等に関する情報を共有する
- 社内関連部署(マーケティング、営業等)の要望に応じて科学的助言や情報提供を実施する
- チームのプロジェクトや会社主導研究といった活動に従事する
- アドバイザリーボード及びその他のメディカルプログラムの実行をリードする
- メンターとしてチームメンバーのスキル改善に寄与する
必須条件:
- 医師、薬剤師、薬学博士、あるいは、生命科学分野の修士号を有している方
- 科学的データを深く理解することができ、高度な科学的バックグラウンドを有する
- 担当疾患/治療領域に対する高い学習意欲を有する
- メディカル戦略を理解し、実行する能力
- 複雑な医学的情報を明確かつ端的に説明できる
- 傾聴スキル
- チームメンバーの一員として協働するための高い協調性
- 高い倫理観とコンプライアンス意識、誠実さ
- ビジネスレベルの英語スキル(ライティングおよび会話)
- ネイティブ、流暢レベルの日本語スキル
望ましい条件、資質:
- 2年以上の製薬企業もしくは医療関係企業、アカデミアでの勤務経験
- 査読付き英文誌への投稿もしくは学会でのプレゼンテーション
