Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Team Development
Lead the establishment and growth of the Japan office team, including recruitment planning, job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Manage employee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll calculations, bonus administration, and statutory benefits such as social insurance.
Support employee integration and development through onboarding programs, training initiatives, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
Handle employee relations matters professionally to foster a positive, compliant, and healthy workplace culture.

Liaise with relevant Japanese government authorities and external partners to ensure full compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations.

Finance & Operations Support
Handle daily financial operations, including expense reimbursements, vendor payments, and cash management.
Assist with monthly financial closing processes and the preparation of related financial reports.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper maintenance of financial records in accordance with internal controls.
General Affairs & Administration
Manage day-to-day operations of the Tokyo office, including office facilities, equipment procurement, and logistical support.
Provide efficient administrative support to employees to ensure smooth and effective office operations.
Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.


Qualifications:


Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, general affairs, or comprehensive operations; experience supporting or building teams in Japan is strongly preferred.

Solid knowledge of Japanese labor laws and social insurance systems; familiarity with local recruitment channels is a plus.
Native Japanese speaker with strong cross-cultural communication skills and business-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
