[Position Overview]
You will be responsible for a wide range of general affairs (GA) operations within the BRAIN Division, Valeo's cutting-edge technology division that handles advanced technologies such as autonomous driving systems for this global automotive parts manufacturer.
Management of office facilities, company vehicles, and office supplies
Handling visitors and receiving deliveries
Organizing and facilitating the Safety and Health Committee
Coordinating annual health checkups and stress assessments
Planning and managing company events (e.g., all-hands meetings, staff gatherings)
Processing payments for the General Affairs cost center (e.g., rent, utilities)
Supporting accounting and internal audits

Reports to the General Affairs Manager, Shinagawa Office
[Business Travel]
No regular business trips are currently required, but occasional travel (a few times per year) to the Tsukuba Technical Center may be necessary for example, to attend kick-off meetings for training sessions.

Experience in general affairs (such as facility management, office supplies management, etc.) approximately 2,3 years of experience
