Key responsibilities of the Job include~
- Product knowledge, system analysis, system requirements understanding
- Bridge the Sales to enable a good communication with the team for products delivery need and preparation
- Proactively support activities for debug and a PDCA/Kaizen mindset to resolve bottleneck issues on products setting
- Works as interface to internal teams and external stakeholders/Customers and suppliers for products delivery coordination and set up
In detail~
Cooperate with FO Lead/FO/ System/SW Architects, Software Development and Test engineers to ensure consistency relating to the product configuration per delivery.
Set up the product supporting functions with respect to boundaries, conditions and constraints as expected by the customer for the delivery
Ensure smooth communication between the project team and customer in regards to the product supporting functions
Align/agree on customer delivery, drives and tracks the progress, reports the status and finally drives the release process of the product supporting function(s).
Contribute to the Function Decomposition and supports documenting them as internal tracking for traceability
Contribute to the product release Plan for the supporting functions
In case of deviation, define together with the System/Functional Core Team countermeasures. In case the System/Functional Core Team cannot solve the issue by itself escalates the topic to the relevant stakeholder and provides adequate information and proposals for decision making
