What You'll Do
人事部門(General HRチーム)の労務担当として、多国籍な全社員の勤怠管理及びその周辺業務をお任せ致します。労務担当として経営的な視点を持ちながら人事ガバナンスを推進して頂くことが期待されるポジションです 。
また人事制度改訂に携わり日々の問い合わせからセッション開催まで広く社員との接点を持ちサポートしていただきます。コミュニケーション力、発信力を活かして活躍いただけます。
【業務内容】
・全社員の労働時間管理・休暇管理、安全衛生担当部門との連携等、多岐にわたる勤怠管理業務を担当
・全社員の労務案件・コンプライアンスイシューへの対応
・個別案件の対応に限らず、問題が発生することを未然に防ぐためのモニタリングの仕組み構築・運用、教育の実施
※ 社員との直接のコミュニケーションが多く、人事労務ならではのサポートができる環境です。

What You'll Bring
【必須条件】
・大学卒業以上
・企業にて5年以上の人事労務経験がある方
・英語力(TOEICスコア750点以上 またはビジネスレベルの読み書きが可能な方)
・主体的に業務を推進し、複数のタスクを同時に管理しながら、課題を解決し成果を創出できる能力
・経営層や各部署と円滑な関係を構築する高いコミュニケーション力
・労働法の基本的な知識
