■レポートラインとチーム構成について
本ポジションでは、ヨーロッパ本社のHR Directorにレポートし、国内では総務担当スタッフ1名およびHRオペレーションスタッフ1名をマネジメントします。日本・韓国のみならず、海外事業部とも連携しながら主要なHR窓口として活躍できます

Responsibilities


This role partners with the General Manager and functional leaders across Japan and Korea to deliver effective HR strategies and operations.

It covers organization design, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee development, ensuring alignment with regional and global HR standards.

You will support with the following:
Partner with leadership to execute people plans and organizational initiatives
Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and social insurance processes
Implement performance, engagement, and training programs in line with global HR frameworks
Advise managers on HR policies, employee relations, and legal compliance
Ensure employee well-being, health and safety, and effective HR operations across office and retail

Qualifications

Native / Fluent Japanese language skills and permission to work in Japan required
Bachelor's degree or above
Business level English
Solid HR management experience in a global organization
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance
Proficient in HR systems (ideally SAP) and data handling
Good understanding of employment law and payroll practices
Commercially aware with strong planning and influencing skills

Salary
Company is considering candidates up to 11M JPY annual (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience)
