解決する課題

コロナ以降、リモートワークが普及した結果、ITデバイスとSaaSはコロナ前に比べ爆発的に増加しました。今後はハイブリッドワークの更なる普及が想定され、ITデバイスとSaaSの管理の重要性がさらに増していくことは自明となっています。一方で、普及の速度に管理が追いつかず、管理の抜け・更新漏れ・管理主体の分散など、企業のITガバナンスは危機的な状況にあります。これは日本だけでなくグローバルで発生している新しい課題であり、企業規模に関わらず多くの企業が抱えている経営リスクです。

ポストコロナのITガバナンス強化に今最も必要とされているのは、IT資産の "唯一の真実 (Single Source of Truth)" を作り、実現させることです。ジョーシスはこの世界を実現するサービス・ソリューションを提供しています。

日本発グローバル企業への挑戦

ポジション概要

本ポジションは、Makuhari Operation Center(MOC)のセンター長として、現場オペレーションの安定運用にとどまらず、運用品質・生産性・採算性を統合的に高める責任者です。

ITSMS/ISMSを基盤とした運用設計・改善をリードしながら、経営層への月次レポーティング、SLA達成管理、ROIに基づく自動化投資判断を担います。スタートアップならではのスピード感の中で、拠点の立ち上げ・高度化を推進し、事業成長に直結する運用基盤を構築いただきます。

主な業務内容

1. MOC全体の運用・品質マネジメント

  • デバイスキッティング、SaaSアカウント設定・プロビジョニングにおけるデリバリー品質の統括

  • Jira Service Management(JSM)を基盤としたプロセス管理(Incident / Problem / Change / Asset)

  • 物理物流(受領・保管・キッティング・配送)とID・アカウント管理の両輪最適化

  • SLA達成状況のモニタリングおよび継続的改善(目標:95%以上)

2. Endpoint Management / 運用自動化

  • Endpoint Management Solutionを活用したデバイス監視・管理体制の構築・運営

  • アラート対応フローの設計・改善、自動化比率の向上

  • Jira Automationやスクリプト(PowerShell / Bash 等)による業務自動化推進

3. 組織・現場マネジメント

  • オペレーターおよび各チームのリソース最適化

  • メンバーの育成、パフォーマンス・モチベーションマネジメント

  • アライアンスパートナーとの協業・運用連携

4. ステークホルダーマネジメント

  • 経営層への月次実績・SLA・生産性レポーティング

  • 重大インシデント発生時の顧客報告・エスカレーション対応

  • 外部ベンダー・サプライヤーとの関係構築・管理

5. 事業貢献・改善推進

  • 顧客ニーズに基づく業務改善・サービス高度化の企画推進

  • Managed Service拡大戦略を支えるオペレーション基盤の構築

応募資格(MUST)

  • ITサービスマネジメント経験:5年以上(ITIL Foundation相当以上の知識)

  • インシデント/問題管理の実務経験:3年以上

  • チームマネジメント経験:3年以上

  • エンドポイント管理(RMM / MDM 等)の運用経験

  • 現場スタッフから顧客IT責任者まで対応できる高いコミュニケーション力

歓迎条件(Nice to Have)

  • 24時間365日体制の運営・オンコール設計経験

  • Jira Service Managementの設計・設定経験(Workflow / Automation / Assets / SLA)

  • PowerShell / Bash / Python 等による運用自動化のリード経験

  • セキュリティ関連資格(情報セキュリティマネジメント、情報処理安全確保支援士、CompTIA Security+ 等)
