Responsibilities
Reports to:
HR Director
Team Structure: 2 Members (HRBP, HR GA Staff)
This role supports the HR Director and business leaders by delivering daily HR operations and people initiatives across sales and manufacturing teams.
For this role you will:
– Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to managers and employees
– Assist in handling employee relations issues, grievances, and workplace improvements
– Analyze workforce, salary, and recruitment trends to support HR decisions
– Support succession planning, talent development, and training initiatives
– Provide guidance on HR policies and recommend HR process improvements
Qualifications
Native / Fluent Japanese language skills and permission to work in Japan required
Bachelor's degree or above
Business level English
3 – 4 years experience working in an HR role
Strong communication and people skills
Basic understanding of labor rules and HR best practices
General knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and other HR functions
Salary
Company is considering candidates up to 7M+ JPY annual (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience)
