Position Summary
We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) based in Tokyo to support our Japan business.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global HR, this role will focus primarily on recruitment execution while also supporting day-to-day HR operations and HRBP-related activities.
The position works closely with business teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and well-organized hiring and HR processes.⸻
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support (Primary Responsibility)
- Manage recruitment execution for Japan-based roles, including job posting, resume screening, candidate communication, and interview scheduling
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and recruitment plans
- Coordinate interview processes and follow up on interview feedback
- Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding arrangements
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records, and support process improvements
- HR Operations Support
- Support employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, employment contracts, and HR system data
- Respond to basic employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Employee Relations & Compliance Support
- Support day-to-day employee relations matters under guidance
- Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with Japanese labor laws and company policies
- Support coordination with labor consultants and external vendors
- Global Collaboration
- Collaborate with global HR and recruitment teams on a daily basis
- Support execution of regional or global HR initiatives and projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment-related roles (Japan experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience with recruitment processes
- Basic knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR compliance
- Strong attention to detail, execution ability, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Japanese and basic to good working proficiency in English

主な業務内容
1. 採用業務(主担当)
- 日本国内ポジションの採用実務全般(求人掲載、書類選考、候補者対応、面接調整)
- 採用マネージャーとの連携による採用要件・計画の整理
- 面接プロセスの管理およびフィードバックのフォロー
- 内定通知(オファー)準備、バックグラウンドチェック、入社手続きのサポート
- 採用データおよび候補者情報の管理、採用プロセス改善のサポート
- 入社・異動・退職に関する人事手続きのサポート
- 人事データ、雇用契約、HR システム情報の管理
- 社員からの基本的な人事制度・手続きに関する問い合わせ対応
- 日常的な従業員対応のサポート
- 日本の労働法および社内ポリシーに沿った人事運用の補助
- 社労士や外部ベンダーとの連携サポート
- グローバル HR チームおよび採用チームとの日常的な連携
- グローバル/リージョナル HR プロジェクトにおける実行サポート
応募資格
- 大学卒業以上(人事、経営、または関連分野)
- 人事または採用関連業務の経験 1~3 年程度(日本での経験尚可)
- 採用プロセスに関する実務経験
- 日本の労働法に関する基礎知識
- 丁寧で正確な業務遂行力、優れたコミュニケーション能力
- マルチタスク環境での業務遂行能力
- 日本語流暢、英語は業務上の基本的なコミュニケーションが可能なレベル
