【職務内容】
コーポレートスタッフのトップマネジメントや、担当領域のビジネスリーダーの人事課題解決をサポートするビジネスパートナーとして、中期経営計画の実現に向けた、リソースマネジメント、タレントマネジメント、パフォーマンスマネジメント
ならびに組織開発施策の提案、実行等により人材の質の高度化、人員配置・総額人件費の最適化を図っていただきます。

具体的には、以下のような業務を想定しています。
事業変革に伴う人材戦略立案と実装(人材獲得、後継者計画・育成、リソースマネジメント等)
事業変革と連動した組織開発とチェンジマネジメント
トップマネジメント・シニアリーダーへのHR領域の戦略コンサルテーションとコーチング
各部門の担当人事として事業に貢献(人事制度運用を含む)
