Head of HR 人事部長 - Consumer Tech 消費者向け技術 (Flexible Remote, Flexible Hours)
Our client, a global tech start-up in the consumer tech industry, is seeking a Head of HR to lead and drive comprehensive People initiatives in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with C-level executives and Country Managers, with a career path leading to CHRO. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR initiatives including Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
- Act as strategic HRBP to Japan's executive leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team
- Collaborate with Regional Head to localize strategies for Japan
- Lead Post-Merger Integration for M&A activities in Japan
- Ensure cultural alignment in post-merger scenarios
- Improve talent performance through strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Experience in HR leadership roles
- Experience in post-merger integration (PMI)
- Experience in the consumer tech industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with talent acquisition and leadership development
- Experience in strategic HR business partnering
