Head of HR 人事部長 - Consumer Tech 消費者向け技術 (Flexible Remote, Flexible Hours)


Our client, a global tech start-up in the consumer tech industry, is seeking a Head of HR to lead and drive comprehensive People initiatives in Japan.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with C-level executives and Country Managers, with a career path leading to CHRO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR initiatives including Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
  • Act as strategic HRBP to Japan's executive leadership
  • Build and lead a highperforming HR team
  • Collaborate with Regional Head to localize strategies for Japan
  • Lead Post-Merger Integration for M&A activities in Japan
  • Ensure cultural alignment in postmerger scenarios
  • Improve talent performance through strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Japanese and English
  • Experience in HR leadership roles
  • Experience in postmerger integration (PMI)
  • Experience in the consumer tech industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience with talent acquisition and leadership development
  • Experience in strategic HR business partnering
