We are seeking a talented individual to join our HR Transformation / Digital Strategy Practice team at Mercer. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

マーサーはデジタル×組織・人事領域における専門性にもとづき、人事機能の改革及びHRテクノロジー分野でのクライアントのトランスフォーメーションを支援しています。主な提供サービスとしては以下の領域があります。

  • 「タレントマネジメント施策実行に向けたシステム化の構想立案」
  • 「グループ・グローバル人材管理のシステム化構想策定」等の人材マネジメントに関わるシステム化の構想立案
  • 人事部門の高度化・効率化に向けた、人事機能変革支援

We will count on you to:

  • HR×デジタル分野におけるクライアント向けコンサルティング・サービスの提供
  • 人事機能改革分野におけるおけるクライアント向けコンサルティング・サービスの提供
  • クライアントとのリレーション構築、ビジネスデベロップメント、プロポーザル作成
  • プロジェクトマネジメント(品質、スケジュール、収益)、デリバリー
  • 外部(ITベンダー等)とのリレーション構築、新規ソリューション・サービス開発
  • 当社内における組織への貢献・人材育成

What you need to have:

  • 4年制大学卒以上(MBAまたはそれに準ずる学位尚可)
  • コンサルティングファームにおける人事機能改革、HRテクノロジーの領域におけるプロジェクト経験
  • 論理的思考力
  • 対人理解力
  • コミュニケーション能力
  • ラーニングアジリティ
  • 多様性の理解
