プリンシパルレベルのシニア層から、アナリスト(第2新卒)のジュニア層まで、幅広く募集しています。
【職務内容】
下記のいずれか(またはいくつか)のコンサルティング・プロジェクトのリード、またはデリバリーに従事します。
- 組織設計、組織改革、経営改革
- リーダーシップ開発、アセスメント、経営陣サクセッション、人材マネジメント
- 人事制度改革、パフォーマンスマネジメント

職務経歴
戦略/経営/組織人事コンサルティングのご経験をお持ちの方
上記コンサルティング業務未経験の場合は、社会人経験 2年未満までの方
人および組織に対する強い関心をお持ちの方
- 四年制大卒以上
望ましい経験、スキル
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
【選考プロセス】
基本的には以下を想定しておりますが、ご経験の内容により変更となる場合があります。
- 面接選考: Web (Zoom)を使った個別面接 (1回40~60分程度) を、4-6回程度実施予定(ケース面接を含みます)
- Webアセスメント: 当社独自開発のもので、候補者様の志向性や、職務への適性等を多面的に分析するアセスメントです。 ご職歴や想定ポジション等にあわせて、ご案内するアセスメントの内容は変わります。所要時間は、概ね60-80分前後となります。
