【職務の概要】
エクサウィザーズには100名以上のエンジニアが在籍しています。エンジニアチームが出せる力を最大化するために、エンジニアのみならず、組織横断的なコミュニケーションをしながらプロジェクトを推進していくポジションがオープンです。
現在オープンされているポジションは、機械学習エンジニアリングマネージャー、プロジェクトマネージャー、プロダクトマネージャーなどです。(2021年7月7日現在)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須スキル・経験】
下記いずれかの経験
■大企業、メガベンチャーにおける、組織横断的なプロジェクトチームの開発リーダー経験
■スタートアップ企業における開発リーダー経験、またはアジャイル開発のチームマネジメント(5名~10名程度)の経験
■チーム、組織における前例のない課題に対して果敢に意思決定し、進むべき道を示すリーダーシップを発揮した経験
【言語スキル】
日本語:ビジネスレベル (CEFR B2)
英語 :日常会話以上 (CEFR B1)
【歓迎スキル・経験】
■チームメンバーの育成を目的とした活動(コーチングなど)の実践経験
■メンバーの成長につながるアサインやコミュニケーション(目標設定、評価、振り返り等)の実践経験
■人と人との協働によってチームとしての成果を出すことを動機づけるチームビルディングの実践経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
