募集概要
このポジションでは、戦略コンサルティングおよびビジネスコンサルティングの専門家として、クライアントの企業価値向上、事業創造、トランスフォーメーションなどのコンサルティングサービスを提供していきます。

複雑かつインパクトの大きいプロジェクトをリードし、経営戦略・事業戦略策定、イノベーション創出、そしてエンドツーエンドの企業変革を推進する、非常にやりがいのある役割です。

主な業務内容:

• 企業の経営戦略・事業戦略策定
• 全社変革、業務プロセス改革、デジタルトランスフォーメーション推進
• IoT、AI技術等を活用した工場生産プロセスの改善、サプライチェーンの再設計
• データサイエンス、AIエンジニアリング等を活用した価値創出、業務プロセス高度化
• グローバルチームとの協業

担当いただくプロジェクトの例:

• 競争環境の変化に合わせた、ビジネスモデルの再構築、新規事業戦略の策定
• データサイエンス、AI/生成AIなどのテクノロジーを活用した全社業務変革の構想策定、包括的ビジネストランスフォーメーション
• グローバルオペレーティングモデルの全体将来像、変革アプローチの策定、新業務展開・定着の支援
• 顧客起点への業務変革、スケーラビリティとレジリエンスの実現などの主要経営課題に合わせたIT戦略の策定

応募資格

• 戦略コンサルティングファーム、総合コンサルティングファーム、シンクタンク等でのコンサルティング・アドバイザリー業務の実務経験
• 事業会社の社内コンサルティング、経営企画等でのコンサルティング類似業務の実務経験
• 国内外の関係者と調整・交渉しながらプロジェクトを推進できるコミュニケーション力
• 日本語でのコミュニケーション力 (日本語能力検定 2級以上)
• 海外勤務経験があれば尚可
• MBAまたは同等の専門資格があれば尚可

Your Role
As a Strategy & Business Consulting expert, your mission is to invent the future of digital transformations: deliver, transform, and manage digital operations, business processes, and enterprise solutions for greater agility and operational efficiency for our clients. In this role, you'll focus on leading complex, high-impact engagements, and orchestrating end-to-end transformation initiatives across business strategy, innovation and transformation.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Development of corporate and business strategies
• Enterprise-wide transformation, business process reform, and digital transformation (DX) initiatives
• Improvement of factory production processes and redesign of the supply chain using technologies such as IoT and AI
• Value creation and enhancement of business processes through data science and AI engineering
• Collaboration with global teams

Examples Of Projects You Would Contribute To Include

• Rebuilding business models and formulating new business strategies in response to changes in the competitive environment
• Planning company-wide operational transformation using technologies such as data science, AI, and generative AI, leading to comprehensive business transformation
• Designing the future vision of a global operating model, formulating transformation approaches, and supporting the rollout and establishment of new operations
• Formulating IT strategies aligned with key management challenges such as customer-centric operational transformation, scalability, and resilience

Your Profile

• Practical consulting/advisory experience at a strategy consulting firm, general consulting firm, think tank, OR
• Relevant experience in corporate in-house consulting or corporate planning
• Strong communication skills to drive projects forward while coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders both in Japan and overseas
• Proficiency in Japanese communication (Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level N2 or higher)
• Overseas work experience is a plus
• MBA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus
