We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Consulting Group at Mercer. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

  • 戦略・方針立案、マネジメントシステム構築、変革支援まで、特定領域に囚われず、組織・人事に関わるあらゆるコンサルティングを行うポジションです。人事戦略の方針策定や人事制度設計などの人材マネジメントの仕組みを作ることもあれば、実際に変革していくところをご支援させていただく機会もあり、「ゼネラル」というチームの名前とおり、上流から下流まで幅広いテーマを扱うことが特徴です。
  • 組織・人事変革コンサルティング部門では、領域を決めずに様々なプロジェクトを担当する「ゼネラルチーム」の他、いくつかの専門チームが存在していますが、チームの垣根は非常に低く、メンバーの行き来も高い頻度で発生します。チームを異動するケースもありますが、公募制度を利用して、他チームが担当するプロジェクトで経験を積むことも出来るため、組織の縦割り感がなく、ご自身の希望を叶えることができます。

  • クライアントに対するコンサルティング・サービスの提供
  • クライアントとのリレーション構築、ビジネスデベロップメント、プロポーザル作成
  • プロジェクトマネジメント(品質、スケジュール、収益)、デリバリー
  • 組織貢献・人材育成

What you need to have:

  • 4年制大学卒以上
  • コンサルティングファーム(戦略、組織人事など)、または事業会社における経営企画・人事企画のご経験
  • 論理的思考力
  • 対人理解力
  • コミュニケーション能力
  • ラーニングアジリティ
  • 多様性への理解
