【職務内容】
■ベンチャー企業やユニコーン、地域優良企業が抱える経営課題のうち、人事・組織領域のコンサルティング業務を担っていただきます。
同社の組織開発コンサルティングは、組織は常に変化し続けるものであるという考え方をベースに、「事業と組織の一貫性」を必ず確認し問題の本質にリーチする支援を行います。
■組織領域のみフォーカスするのではなく、自社の現在の成長ステージや事業戦略から組織戦略を検討します。
