【Responsibilities】
クライアントと共同で変革のロードマップの作製
問題解決とビジネス成長の推進において、デリバリー、アカウントマネジメント、営業チームのサポート
詳細なプロセス発見および/または顧客ジャーニーマッピングを通じた、機会の特定
特定された人材、プロセス、技術の機会に対応する革新的なソリューションの開発
プレセールスミーティング、クライアントプレゼン、デューデリジェンス、現地訪問、ビジネスレビューミーティング、イノベーション会議、コンサルティングエンゲージメントでクライアントとイノベーション関連の議論のリード
設計されたソリューションを実装し、その結果/影響を監視するために、プロジェクト管理、IT、デリバリーチームとの密接な連携
トレーニングを通じて問題解決の文化を創造
コンセントリクスまたはクライアントのビジネスプロセスを改善するための新しい技術の特定
製品バックログの改善に貢献し、POCをサポートすることによる、既存の技術資産/オファリングの改善
