【具体的な仕事内容】

代理店営業として、提携代理店を担当し当社商品の推進業務を担っていただきます。

単なる販売支援にとどまらず、パートナーとの信頼関係を構築し、戦略的な提案を通じて事業成長を牽引する役割です。

・提携代理店への営業推進、営業支援(営業企画の提案、営業情報の提供など)

・提携代理店へのトレーニング、営業指導(商品研修、ニード喚起研修など)

【入社後の教育体制・研修内容】

入社後は、営業部門が実施する集合研修(座学・ロールプレイングなど)を通じて、金融知識や商品理解を体系的に深めていただきます。

その後も、一人ひとりの経験やスキルに応じたオーダーメイドの研修やOJTを実施し、実務に即した学びを継続的に提供します。

日常業務においても、チームメンバーによるサポート体制が整っており、安心して業務に取り組みながら、専門性と実践力を高めていくことができます。
