【職務概要】
・症例を通じた製品の安全使用臨床位置の確立
・製品の使用を最大化するために、高い製品知識、臨床知識を保持し、正確な製品知識と添付文書の理解をしたうえで、HCPのニーズ、レベルに応じた質の高いコミュニケーションの実施
・症例成功のためのHCPへのコンサルテーション
・症例獲得のための継続的な情報収集、必要な関係者へのタイムリーな情報共有
・製品の適正使用を最大化するための定期的な病院訪問とHCPとの関係構築
・あらゆるHCP 病院関係者に対する製品の情報提供
・社内外教育に関わる資料の作成
・WACHMAN営業社員への情報提供や社内トレーニングの実施
【応募要件】
・HCPとしての臨床経験3年以上 循環器領域があれば尚可
・HCPとしての臨床経験がない場合は、臨床知識の豊富な営業経験 3年以上(必須)
・医師との学術的なコミュニケーション(情報提供)の経験 (尚可)
・ワード、エクセルの基本操作・必要書類、資料の作成能力 (必須)
・相手にわかりやすく話す、プレゼンテーション、トレーニングスキル、またはそれらを積極的に身に着けたい強い意志と学習能力 (必須)
・傾聴含め、相手がわかるまで伝える、粘り強いコミュニケーション力 (必須)
・臨床的、製品的、EBM的な基礎知識があり、常に新しい情報を自らすすんで学ぶ姿勢がある(必須)
・緊張した臨床の現場でもスムーズにコミュニケーションできる (必須)
・英語論文の概要が理解できる(尚可)
・当社のコアバリューを理解し、ロールモデルとして行動している(必須)
