役割
コンサルティング・スタッフとして、クライアントの抱える経営課題解決に取り組んでいただきます。
企業・市場に対する深い洞察に基づき、仮説を構築し、クライアントの協業を通じて、アイデアの進化、戦略の立案・実行を推し進め、成果の実現を目指すプロジェクトの中核を担います。
クライアントのCxOのトラステッドパートナーとして、デジタル/IT戦略の策定・推進をして頂きます。
DigitalBCGのエキスパート人材とコラボレーションを推進して頂きます。
具体的な業務
戦略コンサルタントとして主に下記のようなテーマに取り組んで頂きます。
・デジタルトランスフォーメーションの戦略立案
・新規デジタル事業の戦略立案
・時代に適したITガバナンス体制の再構築
・全社のIT/デジタルロードマップの策定
・全社のアジャイル化の推進
・デジタルを活用した次世代のサービスデザイン、ブランド戦略、顧客獲得など
