BCG Xは、グローバルな戦略コンサルティングファームであるボストン コンサルティング グループのテクノロジーとデジタル、デザインの専門家集団で、テクノロジーやデータを駆使したビジネス、およびプロダクトビルディングを担います。
戦略コンサルティングの知見と、AI・ソフトウェアエンジニアリング・プロダクト開発・UXデザインなどの高度な専門性を融合し、構想策定から実装・スケールまで一気通貫でクライアントの変革を支援しています。
役割
BCGXでは、BCGと連携しながら、クライアントと共にデジタルプロダクトやサービスの戦略から実際の開発までを一貫して行っています。インパクトドリブンを重視し、課題の抽出から仮説構築、プロトタイプの作成・検証までを、スピード感をもって繰り返し実施していきます。
またクライアントとの協業を通じて、対話やワークショップなどのファシリテーション行いながら、共に価値を創りだしていきます。パートナーとしてクライアントに伴走する姿勢と、事業を推進していくオーナーシップが求められます。
