新規事業やデジタルプロダクトの創出における全フェーズ(テーマ検討、アイディエーション、プロトタイピング、開発、グロース)を一貫して支援する
【具体的な業務】
事業構想の初期段階では、ユーザーリサーチやマーケット分析を通じてインサイトを抽出し、ビジネス・デザイン・テクノロジーの観点から魅力的な事業コンセプトを策定。その後、プロダクト開発・ローンチ・改善、さらには組織設計や資金調達まで、社内外のステークホルダーと協業しながら実行の支援を行います。
以下のいずれか複数の業務の遂行が可能な方:
新規事業のテーマ設定とスコーピング
ユーザー調査・マーケット調査を通じたインサイトの抽出
カスタマージャーニー、ユーザーストーリー、事業コンセプトの設計
プロダクトビジョンの策定およびロードマップ設計
プロダクトの開発ディレクション・ローンチ・運用・改善
パートナー企業(大手企業・スタートアップ)との共創
事業計画及びプレゼンテーション資料の策定とデリバリー
多様なエキスパート(デザイナー、エンジニア、コンサルタント等)とのコラボレーション

以下のいずれか複数に該当する経験をお持ちの方:
新規事業・サービスの立ち上げに主体的に関わった経験(起業、事業責任者、PdM等)
デジタルプロダクト(Web / モバイル)の企画・開発・運用に関する実務経験
戦略策定における調査設計及び実査、デザイン思考を活用したプロトタイピングの経験
クライアント・パートナー企業との交渉・事業提案・投資意思決定プロセスへの関与経験
多様な専門家との協業やチームマネジメント・育成を通じた成果創出経験
論理的思考と定量・定性分析に基づいた企画推進力、プレゼンテーションの経験
【歓迎要件】
戦略コンサルティングファーム、VC、PE、またはデザインファームなどでの勤務経験
事業会社などでのブランド・マーケティング戦略構築経験
