What You'll Do
役割
アナリティクスのエキスパートとして、様々な業界のクライアントの重要な経営課題に対し、データ分析、機械学習、数理最適化などを用いて先端的なモデルの設計や構築を行い、企業の大きな変革や成長を支援する
具体的な業務
- デジタル領域における専門的な知見を活かし、戦略コンサルタントと共にクライアントと直接向き合いながら、その経営課題に対しビジネス・アナリティクス・ITのスキルを用いて解決を図る
- データ分析基盤や大規模データ処理に関する知識を用いながら、クライアントの保有するデータや外部データを用いて分析を行い、課題解決のための施策を決定していく

必須要件

- データアナリティクスにおける7年以上の実務経験
- Pythonでのコーディングスキル
- 機械学習を用いた分析経験
- 英語力(日常会話レベル以上)
- プロジェクトのマネジメント経験

- コンサルティングファームでの勤務経験
- データ分析会社やデータ分析プラットフォーム会社での勤務経験
- LLMを活用したアプリケーションの開発経験
- 数理最適化やオペレーションズ・リサーチ等の経験
- ハイテク企業やメーカーでのR&Dでの勤務経験
- 自然言語処理・画像認識・音声認識などの経験
- マーケティングアナリティクスやBI・DWHなどの経験
