役割
エンジニアリングのエキスパートとして、様々な業界のクライアント企業の重要な経営課題に向き合い、AIをはじめとした先端技術の深い理解と設計・構築力を活かして、具体的なプロダクトやソリューションを開発・実装する。
多職種からなるチームおよび社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、PoCから本番リリース、運用拡大までを一貫してリードし、クライアント企業の非線形な変革と成長を支援する。
具体的な業務
クライアントのビジネス課題を理解し、デジタル技術(特に生成AI・クラウド分野)を活用したソリューションの 提案・構築を通して、価値創出に貢献する
Web/モバイルアプリ、データ基盤、クラウドインフラ等、プロジェクトのスコープやクライアントの環境・制約に応じた 技術スタックを選定し、開発工程を一貫してリードする
DevOps/MLOpsの導入やQAを主導し、開発効率と品質を担保する
多職種(PM、データサイエンティスト、デザイナ、コンサルタント、etc)とアジャイルに協働し、UX、データモデル、 ビジネスモデル等幅広い観点と技術的観点の橋渡しを行う
業務委託を含む開発チームを組成し、アジャイル開発をリードしながら、限られた期間の中で高速な仮説検証とビジネスインパクトの創出を実現する
社内外のステークホルダーとの適切なコミュニケーションを通して、ビジネス課題に対する技術的アプローチとその効果を分かりやすく可視化して伝える
構築したシステムやモデルを、クライアントが適切に運用できる体制の構築を支援する
最新技術動向や将来性に関する知見をもって技術選定やベストプラクティスを提案し、社内外の技術レベルを引き上げる
