職務概要

Greyが掲げるDRIVING PRINCIPLEである「Famously Effective」を、あなたの卓越したクリエイティブの力で具現化していただくポジションです。

国内外の多様なチームと密接に連携しながら、グローバルな視点を持つクライアントのビジネス課題に対し、従来の「広告」という枠組みにとらわれない、革新的なコミュニケーション戦略を立案・実行していただきます。企画立案からビジュアル開発までを一貫して担当し、多角的なアプローチで最適なソリューションを提供。多様な媒体を通じて生活者の心を動かし、ブランドの熱心なファンへと導くことがミッションです。

担当業務

クライアントの課題解決に繋がるクリエイティブ戦略・企画の立案から実行まで、幅広い業務をお任せします。

クライアントのマーケティング課題やブランド戦略に基づいた、コミュニケーション戦略およびクリエイティブ企画の立案
グラフィックデザイン制作およびアートディレクション業務(プレゼンテーション含む)
クリエイティブアイディアの発想、カンプ・コンテ制作、プレゼンテーション準備・実施
社内外のデザイナーや外部の協力会社と連携し、クオリティの高いクリエイティブを実現するためのディレクション
案件や状況に応じて、自ら手を動かしクリエイティブのクオリティを追求する実制作業務

求める経験・スキル

必須経験

広告代理店、制作会社等でのアートディレクション実務経験3年以上、またはデザイナーとしての実務経験5年以上
大手クライアントの主要プロジェクトにおける、企画立案、プレゼンテーション、ディレクションのご経験
戦略的思考に基づいたクリエイティブ開発能力、およびブランドマネジメントスキル
企画から実行までを一貫して推進できる問題分析力・問題解決能力
Photoshop、Illustratorを用いたグラフィックデザインの実務経験

ビジネスレベル以上

歓迎される経験・スキル

CMプランニング、デジタル、アクティベーション領域におけるクリエイティブ経験
日用消費財(FMCG)分野でのクリエイティブ経験(コスメ・ヘアケア・ビューティー、洗剤、柔軟剤、消臭剤などの経験は特に歓迎します)
国内外の広告賞、コンテンツ領域での受賞歴
チームや組織をリードし、相乗効果を生み出すマネジメント経験

英語:
