Your opportunity

  • Exceed the annual sales target set for retail business unit.
  • Develop retail distribution plan and structure resources to implement business development initiatives and provide timely updates on it to the Head of Retails Sales, Japan.
  • Support AUM retention, growth and diversification in the retail channel
  • Sales activity in line with retail distribution plan and products of focus
  • Develop and maintain the key account management.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

  • Extensive experience and proven track record of working for retail sales team in Japanese market.
  • Deep knowledge of the Japanese asset management industry
  • Excellent client relationship skill
  • Excellent presentation skill
  • Fluency in English
  • Holder of Class 1 Securities Sales Representative

Nice to have skills

  • Holder of Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.
  • Experiences with handling large distributors
