概要


Moët Hennessy Diageo Japan is looking for the Account Executive, who is responsible for the penetration and delivery of the MHD brand in the Japanese market.

This position is responsible for developing new sales opportunities for the MHD brand, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and becoming the most valuable partner to our customers.

Languages

Fluency in Japanese

Professional Experience & Know How

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in sales, especially in rout to sales
Interest in wines & spirits industry
Industry experience in consumer goods, food, and beverages, B2C is a plus

Technical & management skills

Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
A business acumen

Personal & interpersonal skills

Has passion and motivation

業務内容

Achieving of sales target

Achieve annual target by area, channel, and brand set by the Director.

Strengthen relationships with existing accounts

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers.
Developing a thorough understanding of customers ' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.

Acquisition of new customers

Develop new customers as MHD brand ambassadors and grow them.

Impact your team


By utilizing sales skills, existing promotional tools, and contracting schemes, implement promotions that will have an impact on your team.

Cooperation with other departments and teams

Communicate and collaborate with other Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Commercial Excellence, and other departments to improve ROS.

Analysis and Management

Manage and analyze the market, daily sales activities, sales progress, and budgets.

市場、日々の営業活動、営業進捗、予算における管理と分析

学歴

University graduate or higher.

The standard hours of work are 7 hours per day.
